Try Botanic for ninety days. If you're not satisfied — for any reason — email us. We refund the full amount you paid. No timeline photos. No return shipping. No paperwork. No questions.
This applies to single jars, bundles, subscriptions, and gift orders.

We confirm
Within one business day, we reply confirming the refund has been issued to your original payment method.
Money is back
Funds typically appear in 3–5 business days, depending on your bank. The product is yours to keep, gift, or compost.

What's eligible
Every Botanic product, on every order, within 90 days of delivery. Single jars, bundles, BOGO orders, subscriptions, and gift orders all qualify.
Documentation required
None. We do not ask for photos, before-and-after timelines, application records, or any proof of use. Your order number is enough.
Return shipping
Don't send the product back. The jar is yours. We've already paid the shipping once — there's no reason to pay it again.
Refund timing
We process refunds the same business day we receive your email. Funds appear on your statement within 3–5 business days for most banks, occasionally up to 10 for international cards.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you never received it, email us within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and either reship at our cost or refund — your call. Repeated lost-package claims from the same address may require additional verification before reshipping.
Damaged on arrival
Send us a quick photo of the package. We reship the same day at our cost. No need to return the damaged one.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. We refund the most recent renewal in full if you cancel within 14 days of it shipping.
Before opening a chargeback
Please email us first. We resolve over 95% of issues the same day. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may impact future refund eligibility — both of us lose money and time we'd rather spend on your hair.
Verification
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We may verify your order details before processing — this protects both of us against fraudulent claims.
One refund per customer, per product
The 90-day satisfaction guarantee covers your first purchase of each Botanic product. If you reorder the same product after a refund, additional purchases are not eligible under the guarantee — though regular consumer protections still apply.
Misuse and abuse
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, returns of counterfeit product, tampered packaging, or repeated chargebacks. We honor every good-faith claim. We don't honor bad-faith ones.
Bundle and BOGO orders
The guarantee covers the bundle or BOGO as a single purchase. We refund the full amount paid — you don't need to send anything back.
Gift orders
If you received Botanic as a gift, we'll honor the guarantee — the refund goes to the original purchaser's payment method, or we can offer store credit to the recipient.
Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The terms in effect on the date of your order apply to your order. Most updates make things friendlier, not stricter.
