Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy describes how subscription, pre-order, and try-before-you-buy orders work at BOTANIC LLC (dba Botanic Hair, "Botanic", "we", "us", or "our").
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you selected at checkout. Your payment method is stored securely and is charged for each recurring delivery, unless you elected to pay in advance.
Pricing and notice. The price of your subscription is the price displayed at checkout and may include a subscription discount versus a one-time purchase. We will notify you by email in advance of any change to your subscription price or shipment cadence.
Renewals. Subscriptions continue at the cadence you selected until canceled. We do not auto-renew a subscription beyond its committed duration without prior notice by email.
Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard, by clicking the "Manage subscription" link in any subscription confirmation email, or by emailing contact@trybotanic.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately and prevents any future renewal shipments.
Refunds on subscription renewals. If you cancel within 14 calendar days of a renewal shipment, we will refund that renewal in full. See our Refund Policy for additional terms.
Skipping and rescheduling. You may skip an upcoming shipment or change your delivery cadence at any time from your account dashboard.
Pre-Orders
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is not yet in inventory. We may collect either no payment or a partial deposit at checkout and store your payment method. The full or remaining balance is charged when the order is fulfilled.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled by emailing contact@trybotanic.com. If a deposit was charged, it will be refunded to your original payment method. Once a pre-order has shipped, the 90-day satisfaction guarantee under our Refund Policy applies in place of pre-order cancellation rights.
Try Before You Buy
If you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have the trial period stated at checkout to decide whether to keep the item. If you do not notify us within that trial period, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which provides a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on every Botanic product.
