Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from BOTANIC LLC (dba Botanic Hair, "Botanic", "we", "us", or "our") through shop.trybotanic.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Botanic product for any reason, you may request a full refund within ninety (90) calendar days of the delivery date. This guarantee applies to every Botanic product, on every order, including single units, bundles, BOGO orders, gift orders, and the first renewal of a subscription.

How to request a refund. Email contact@trybotanic.com with your order number and a brief statement that you would like a refund. You do not need to provide photos, videos, documentation of use, before-and-after images, or any other proof. Your order number is sufficient.

Return of product. Do not return the product. Refunds are processed without return. We have already paid the original shipping cost; there is no benefit to either party in incurring a second shipping charge.

Refund timing. Refunds are processed to your original payment method on the same business day we receive your request. Funds typically appear on your statement within 3–5 business days for domestic cards, and up to 10 business days for international cards, depending on your issuing bank.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please email contact@trybotanic.com within 14 calendar days of delivery with a photograph of the affected item. We will ship a replacement at our cost and there is no need to return the damaged product.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive the package, please email us within 14 calendar days of the recorded delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Most parcels are located within a few business days. If the parcel is not recovered, we will either reship at our cost or issue a refund, at your election. Repeated lost-package claims from the same shipping address may require additional verification, including signature confirmation, before further reshipments or refunds are issued.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing contact@trybotanic.com. If you cancel within 14 calendar days of a renewal shipment, we will refund that renewal in full. Subscriptions are not auto-renewed beyond the duration you selected at checkout without notice.

Bundle and BOGO Orders

The 90-day guarantee applies to bundle and BOGO orders as a single purchase. We will refund the full amount paid; you do not need to return any portion of the order.

Gift Orders

If you received Botanic as a gift, the 90-day guarantee remains in effect. Refunds are issued to the original purchaser's payment method. Alternatively, we can offer the recipient store credit equal to the purchase amount.

Before Filing a Chargeback

If you have a concern with an order, please contact us first. We resolve more than 95% of issues the same business day. Chargebacks filed without first contacting customer support may impact your eligibility for future refunds and discretionary accommodations.

Verification, Fraud, and Misuse

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We may, in our reasonable discretion, verify order details prior to processing a refund. This protects both our customers and our business against fraudulent claims.

The 90-day satisfaction guarantee covers your first purchase of each Botanic product. If you reorder the same product after having received a refund for that product, additional purchases of that product are not covered under the satisfaction guarantee. Standard consumer protections under applicable law continue to apply.

We reserve the right to decline a refund request in cases of suspected fraud, tampered or counterfeit product, abusive return practices, or repeated chargebacks. We honor every good-faith claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled and refunded in full. Once an order has been dispatched to the carrier, it cannot be canceled in transit. If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refused at delivery, or returned to us as unclaimed, the original shipping cost and a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, the order may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Eligibility and Jurisdiction

This policy applies to retail purchases made through shop.trybotanic.com and shipped to addresses we serve. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The terms in effect on the date of your order govern that order. Most updates make the policy friendlier, not stricter.
