Where we ship from
Every Botanic order ships from our US fulfillment warehouse. Our oil is cold-pressed in La Moskitia, Honduras, then warehoused in the US for next-day dispatch.
Processing
Orders placed before noon Eastern Time ship the same business day. Orders after that ship the next business day. We don't ship on weekends — those parcels go out Monday morning.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse. Live updates can take up to 24 hours to begin populating. If they haven't started by then, write to us and we'll check together.
Customs & duties (international)
Most international orders clear customs without intervention. Some countries charge import duties — those are the recipient's responsibility and vary by country. We pre-clear documentation to minimize delays.
When things slow down
Severe weather, holidays, and customs can push a parcel beyond our estimates. If yours is taking unusually long, email contact@trybotanic.com with your order number. We do not let parcels disappear.
Lost or stolen
If tracking shows delivered but you never received it, email us within 14 days of the delivery date. We work with the carrier to investigate first — most packages turn up within a few days. If it doesn't, we reship at our cost or refund. Repeat claims may require additional verification.
Damaged on arrival
Send us a quick photo of the package. We reship the same day at our cost. No need to return the damaged one.
Address changes
Need to update an address? Email us within an hour of placing the order. After that, the parcel may already be with the carrier and changes have to go through them.
Incorrect addresses
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are the customer's responsibility. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, we're happy to reship — the customer covers the second shipping charge.
Refused or unclaimed packages
If a parcel is refused at delivery or returned because it went unclaimed, we'll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a $7 restocking fee, or reship at your expense. Original shipping is non-refundable on refused orders.
Repeated claims
If multiple parcels to the same address have been reported lost or stolen, we may require additional verification (deep tracking, signature confirmation, etc.) before reshipping or refunding subsequent orders.
Carrier selection
We select the carrier best suited to each destination — USPS, UPS, DHL, or a regional partner. Carrier choice is at our discretion. You're welcome to request a specific carrier; we'll do our best to accommodate.
